LOOSERS

There are three friends  vikas, varun and akshay - enrolled in a college. All three have different goals in life, priorties and attitudes.

Varun is a studious type. He has come from bihar and studies in one of the college of DU. His ambition is to become a doctor one day and keeps himself busy with studies. He is already having  girlfriend – Divya who is studious like him. Whenever he gets frustrated with lif he goes to her for inspirations.

Akshay is a business minded. He is quite flirt type also. He enjoys with girls and goes to parties and discos. He strikes small and petty business deals with people and makes small money. One day he wants to own a company.

Vikas is very different from them. he is a big fan of shahrukh khan and wants to become like him one day. He is a part of college street play society. He keeps giving auditions but face the harsh truth of life. In many places he is not even selected. Somewhere people ask him for money. or sometimes people cheat him. he ahs no money and always bunk classes. His grades are always falling.

Destiny brings them together and they become room-mates at south extension. Varun asks akshay and vikas to attend classes but they always make fun of them.  Meanwhile a director asks Vikas to learn fighting and singing and then he can take him in his film. He spends lots of money in that. And director even doesn’t recognise him, Vikas becomes quite depressed.

Soone family pressure mounts on Vikas regarding his studies. Both Varun and Akshay help Vikas by giving him money but he could not move anywhere. One day someone offers him a cigarette with drug. He finds it soothing. Soon he becomes addict. He quarrels with his friends and starts living alone due to his addiction. One day Varun and Akshay finds Vikas beneath a bridge. He had become homeless and was staying with drug addicts.

They take him home. And tie him up. He begs them to release him but they don’t.  After many days Vikas is able to get rid of his addiction.

After six years

The three friends are well established in their fields. Varun is a doctor. Akshay  owns a restaurant. And Vikas a film actor. They come for a get together.
